## Little Minty Filing Scope

Use this checklist when preparing **Little Minty** files for official copyright submission:

- Keep artwork exports and text materials in current, accepted formats.
- Segment large filing packages into manageable groups.
- Validate author/claimant/publication metadata before submission.

## External Workflow Constraints (Non-Blocking)

- Submission system limitations are external to SpinStream.
- SpinStream does not enforce these constraints in Edit, Preview, or Finalize.
- Use modern formats and segmented artifact packages to reduce filing friction.

## Trademark Clarifier

If filing protection for the **Little Minty** name/logo as a brand, route that filing through USPTO trademark channels, not the Copyright Office.
