Do not upload, submit, or publish information you do not want visible in a public or referenceable record.

SpinStream may support private, unlisted, or restricted records where available. However, public blockchain references, if used, may be permanent and outside SpinStream’s ability to remove or alter.

If you upload files or creative materials, we use them to provide the SpinStream service, generate artifacts, create proof records, preserve references, and support verification.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, or authority needed to upload, process, display, publish, preserve, or reference any material you submit.

SpinStream does not claim ownership of your creative work merely because you upload it to the service.
